Routine for this dvd.... September 10, 2010 E. Knight (Orange County, CA USA) This is the BEST exercise video I've EVER done. I lost 21 pounds and toned up my legs losing 2.5 inches off each from doing the routine I've written below over 6 weeks! (but don't forget to add in a healthy eating plan too!)There are 3 levels. If you are looking to lose serious weight or just to switch up your current exercise routine, check out what I've found from experience WORKS to your advantage! Start with level 1 for 1 week, 5 times/week. Even if you're experienced with working out you should start here. If you don't usually do interval training this will get your body use to it for level 2. Then move on to level 2 for 1 week, 5x a week. Do level 3 for 1 week, 5x a week. Then switch back to level 2 for 1 week, 5x a week. NOW HERE'S WHERE YOU'LL SEE EXTREME RESULTS::::: After the 4 weeks, do levels 1 & 2 back to back for about an hour long workout 3x/week and level 3 + 1/2hr cardio of choice right after 3x/week (do levels 1&2, the next day do level 3+cardio, next day levels 1&2 etc). I know, if you've ever done this dvd before your mouth is dropped, but trust me, you'll see major results in just 1 week from this!!! Do this (I call it double up workout) routine for 2 weeks. Jillian is tough, but she pushes you and doesn't waste your time, her dvd will transform your body. For women out there, you'll see even more incredible results doing a low carb diet with it and will help keep the weight off later. Just cut out things like bread for a sandwich and white potatoes at dinner, you'd be surprised how much this helps drop the pounds!
Great but annoying September 8, 2010 CutieLudo Love the workouts but the most irritating thing is that you can't fast forward past the intro. so, everytime you turn it on, you have to listen to the summery of the dvd. EVERYTIME!!!!.. super annoying. otherwise the workouts are very challenging but worth it.
Get ready!!! September 7, 2010 msik1735 This was the first Jillian Michaels workout I ever did. It's not for the weak!! She will get you into shape, or kill you, whichever comes first :) Great results if you can build up your endurance and make it through the program.

I would just give it to you straight, Julian DVD changed my outlook about working out, I now have sex packs, I LOST 10 pounds in two months and 2 dress sizes, I have toned muscles now and it feels great, by the way I am not dieting yet, I am sure if I stick to a diet program I would lose more, get it if you want to see results...
I usually do two levels in one sessions, level 2 and 3, every time I push my self further to get to the girls level, and I can do push ups now, I work out 5 to 6 times a week and it is more fun than jugging walking cause it has a lot of jumping and switching between workouts so you wont have the same sore muscles all the time.
